The abbreviations to use are (p.) pages or (pp.) pages.

More Than One Author

If there are three or less authors then you show them all

Eg.
Cutler, T. Williams K. & Williams, J. (1986)

If there are four or more authors, then only show the first author (from the title page) followed by 'et al'.  Et al is an abbreviation that means 'and others'.

Eg.
Matlock, J. et al. (1996)

What Should be in a Bibliography?

The bibliography appears at the end of your work and is arranged alphabetically.  It is evidence of the sources you have used as a part of your research.  The first two elements of each entry in the bibliography should be the author and date.  These are the link to the reference you have used in your text.

Include the following information in order:
1. Author(s), editor(s) or the institution responsible for writing the book.
2. Date of publication in brackets.
3. The title underlined.
4. The edition if not the first.
5. Place of publication if known.
6. Publisher.

Eg.
Brooks, P. (1999) Ancient Civilizations. London, Lorenz Books.
