The first school in Snowtown, opened as a Provisional School in 1879, with an enrolment of 14 children.
In the years since, education at Snowtown has continued in many different forms until the present day.
In the year
2003, the school has students from R-12, with a current enrolment in excess of
130 students .
The school works as three teams, to cover the different age groups:
Junior School R-Yr.5
Middle School Yr.6-9
Senior School Yr.10-12
Children are provided with a range of subject offerings covering the needs of both academic and vocational students.
